Dr. Nkiruka Jacinta Akaenyi is a scholar, playwright, and theatre director whose work bridges feminist theatre, cultural studies, and performance criticism. She serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Performing Arts at Akwa Ibom State University, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in dramatic literature, theatre management, scriptwriting, and performance theory. She is currently on sabbatical at Topfaith University, where she teaches courses in film production, screenwriting, and communication studies.
