Africa Tamasha Week

The Kansas African Studies Center (KASC) hosts Africa Tamasha Week, an annual week-long celebration of the diverse cultures, traditions, and achievements of Africa. Through food, music, dance, art, film, and educational events, Africa Tamasha Week brings together the KU community and the public to experience and celebrate the richness of the African continent. The week promotes cultural exchange, learning, and appreciation while highlighting the vibrant contributions of Africa and its diaspora.
